本机主要用于纸质宝 塔管后整理七道工序；打头、切头、扎线、冲v形口、涂胶植绒、涂色、烘干。本机操作简单，维修方便，整机操作只需两人(包括成品检验及装箱)日产量35000支，同原来手工操作相比减少劳动力80％，提高产品质量及成品率，同时减轻劳动强度，节约绒粉50％，达到消灭空气环境污染及降低成本的目的，方便管理，有利市场竞争。   Mainly used for 7 after-trimming procedures on re-duced paper tube: tipping,tip - cutting, tying, V vent-punching, glue - spread-ing & nap brushing,coloringand drying. Easy to operate,simple for maintenance.Tworated workers(checker andpacker) can deal with35thousand pieces of output daily. 80% labor force saved, 50% nap powder used, qualification rate and quality promoted, air pollution and factory cost reduced.
